At this week's Google Cloud Next in Las Vegas, the tech giant is actively courting AI startups with a hefty $750 million budget aimed at expanding their presence in enterprise markets. This funding, available to both newcomers and established players, covers everything from proof-of-concept projects to deployment rebates.
The roster of participating startups includes Lovable, which has expanded its coding agent through Google’s app marketplace, and Notion, now using Gemini models for text and image generation. Meanwhile, Gamma is leveraging state-of-the-art tools like Nano Banana 2. Inferact, another participant, is harnessing Nvidia's GPUs via Google Cloud to accelerate its commercial inference work.
Other notable mentions include Chorus, which offers real-time tracking of goods with AI-powered smart tags; ExaCare AI, making strides in post-acute medical care through AI software; and ZenBusiness, an all-in-one tool for small businesses. These startups are set to benefit from Google Cloud’s advanced features, positioning themselves at the forefront of AI innovation.
