The crocodile, named Macca, is a mascot from the fictional in-game TV show set in Leonida, which is GTA 6's version of Florida. Rockstar describes the poster as a double-sided map of the full Leonida landscape, with Macca's artwork on the reverse. This emphasis on background detail shows how Rockstar builds immersive worlds.
