Xbox Becomes XBOX

Is this the future of gaming, or just another capital letter rebellion?

Xbox is no longer just Xbox; it’s now XBOX. Microsoft has apparently chosen to rebrand its console and associated accounts with all-caps majesty.

The decision comes after a fan poll on Twitter favouring the capitalised version, reflecting a nod back to the original logo design of the Xbox console.

While the official change to XBOX is significant, it’s just one part of Asha Sharma’s broader efforts to return focus to the Xbox brand. This follows the renaming of Microsoft Gaming to simply Xbox and other recent changes within the company.

The move could be seen as a bold statement in the gaming world, but only time will tell if this change is here to stay or just another temporary wave in the ever-changing landscape of technology branding.
