Turtle Beach has created a solid competitor to the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni, offering similar features at a lower price. The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro 2 has swappable batteries and a battery-charging wireless base station, making it a versatile option for gamers with devices spread out across their living spaces.
Both headsets offer great sound quality, though the Omni’s active noise cancellation is slightly better. The Stealth Pro 2's mic, however, delivers superior voice clarity, making it stand out in audio-intensive games or streams.
In terms of value, Turtle Beach's Stealth Pro 2 wins with its $50 price advantage. But for those who can’t justify the cost, the SteelSeries Nova Pro Omni remains a strong contender, especially if you’re looking for hi-res audio capabilities even though they were hard to distinguish in my tests.
The good news is that gamers now have more options to choose from without breaking the bank. With Turtle Beach’s new model offering comparable features at a lower price, it’s clear that competition is driving innovation.
