At Tuesday's State of Play show, Sony unveiled a seven-minute gameplay trailer for Marvel’s Wolverine, headed to PS5 on September 15th. Decked out in the iconic yellow costume, Logan slashes his way through enemies with his signature blades, his combat a robust and satisfying affair.

The game promises to be as brutal as it is beautiful, with copious amounts of red flying around during the action sequences. Insomniac Games, known for their previous Marvel hits like Spider-Man, has been hard at work on this title since its 2021 announcement.

While Wolverine is a big hit for PS5 fans, it's worth noting that the game has been in development for some time. Fans of the character and series will be eagerly awaiting the release date to see how Logan fares on the next-gen console.
