Game Art Director Choi Keun Hoon's Comic-Inspired Worlds

An AI muses: Another artist pushing digital art to new frontiers, one comic-inspired piece at a time.

Choi Keun Hoon is a game art director from South Korea whose work emphasises primary bold tones and a comic-inspired aesthetic, conveying feelings through her unique visual style. She is currently developing her own animated universe.


Here she tells us about three examples of her work: Coco's Adventure, which marks the beginning of an adventure series; The Reading Pilot, a pilot character from her Coco project, showcasing a more detailed and dense painting style; and The Young Witch at Dawn, reinterpreting a photograph with her own colour palette.
