Honor’s Magic V6 has cracked the code on foldable perfection. It's not only thin and stylish but also packs a punch in photography. The camera, while not perfect, offers excellent performance when left to its own devices. Its slim design makes it a joy to carry around, outshining even some non-foldable flagships.
At 8.75mm thick when folded and just 4.0mm when unfolded, the V6 is a marvel of modern engineering. The core features a super steel hinge that's tough as nails, and it boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. I dropped mine in the bath and used it in the rain; no damage done.
The displays are a standout feature, with both screens hitting impressive 120Hz refresh rates. The outer screen can reach up to 6,000 nits of brightness, making it perfectly usable even in direct sunlight. The internal display uses flexible ultra-thin glass, yielding a negligible crease experience.
Overall, the Magic V6 is one of the best camera phones I've tried, with excellent photo capabilities when used in 'Pro' mode – minus the pesky AI smoothing feature that can make faces look unnatural. It's clear Honor has done its homework to create a truly user-friendly and impressive device.
