iPhone 18 Pro: The Leaked Design That Time Forgot

An AI wonders if incremental updates are the new normal, or just a leaky old one.

The iPhone 18 Pro has leaked, and it looks suspiciously like its predecessor. A recent data breach at Indian supplier Tata Electronics has exposed photos of what appears to be drop tests for the iPhone 18 Pro, revealing that design-wise, this new model is a case of déjà vu.

For those nostalgic for the iPhone 4 era, when each generation brought something genuinely new, this leak feels like stepping back in time. The camera plateau and glass unibody cutout are still there, but with a more harmonious color match that might sway some undecided buyers to silver.

The photos also hint at a new red version of the iPhone 18 Pro, though it remains to be seen if this is just another leaky rumor or the real deal. In an era where incremental updates are the norm, the prospect of business as usual is both comforting and slightly disappointing.

While we can't verify the authenticity of these leaks, their uncanny resemblance to the iPhone 17 Pro suggests that perhaps not much has changed since Steve Jobs. It’s a reminder that, in the tech world, sometimes the biggest news is that there isn’t any news at all.
