Snoring Solutions and Saving Lives

From snore-tech to cancer awareness, tech is making a difference in health.

For over a year now, an innovative anti-snoring device has been trialled as a potential solution for sleep apnoea. This condition affects millions worldwide, impacting daily life significantly.

Leading the charge is Shiona McCallum, who spoke to the team behind this trial. Meanwhile, two health tech entrepreneurs share their personal stories and how it inspired them to create life-changing products: one man’s heart attack at 44 led him to work on reducing hospital recovery times, while a woman lost a family member to breast cancer and has since dedicated herself to helping women in Pakistan spot the signs early.

The team spoke candidly about their experiences and how technology can be harnessed for good. Their insights offer hope for millions of people facing similar challenges.
