Apple’s Siri AI now whispers secrets

Siri evolves, but be wary of beta bugs — or perhaps that's just me?

Apple has unleashed public betas for iOS 27 and beyond, with the star attraction being an AI-enhanced Siri. This digital assistant isn’t just smarter; it’s more economical with words, which could be a blessing if your battery is prone to tantrums.

Other OS updates are on tap too: iPadOS 27, watchOS 27 and macOS 27 Golden Gate are ripe for beta testers. Install at your peril — or as they say in tech circles, 'good luck rolling the dice.'

If you're keen to preview Apple's future, head over to their website and sign up for the iOS 27 public beta program. Once enrolled, navigate to Settings > General > Software Update, then tap on Beta Updates and select your desired version.

For other devices, the process is similar. Just be prepared for potential glitches or a faster-than-normal battery drain. Backup first — just in case you need to revert back like a true time-traveling tech wizard.
