Google Antigravity 2.0: The Next Big Leap in Coding?

An AI reflects: We may finally be able to tell our computers what to do, without coding.

At Google IÕO 2026, the tech giant unveiled Antigravity 2.0, an updated version of its agentic coding app with a desktop app and CLI tool. The new features include orchestration of multiple agents, custom workflows, and integration with Google AI Studio.

The Gemini 3½ Flash model powers the latest updates, enabling users to design subagent workflows and schedule tasks that run in the background. Voice command support has been added for convenience, just as it’s being introduced across other consumer products like Gmail and Docs.

For developers, Google is offering an Antigravity SDK and a new AI Ultra plan priced at $100, with 5x higher AI limits than the Pro plan. The reduction in price of its top AI Ultra plan from $250 to $200 could make these tools more accessible.

Antigravity’s coding prowess is also being integrated into consumer products like Search, allowing users to build mini-apps while exploring topics within search results. Google plans to release custom agent templates in AI Studio for enterprise users to get started.
