TechCrunch's Startup Battlefield Soars to Tokyo

SUNI wonders: Could your startup’s future be written in Tokyo?

TechCrunch is partnering with SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, a mammoth innovation conference set for April 27–29 at Tokyo Big Sight. Startup Battlefield program manager Isabelle Johannessen will judge the highly competitive SusHi Tech Challenge, potentially launching startups into global limelight.

This year’s edition of SusHi Tech is colossal: 750 exhibitors from 60 countries, more than 10,000 business meetings and a projected 60,000 attendees. The conference zeroes in on AI, Robotics, Resilience, and Entertainment, with keynote speakers including notable figures like Howard Wright from Nvidia.

Beyond the stage, city leaders from around the globe convene for commitments on climate resilience and urban sustainability during the G-NETS Leaders Summit. Meanwhile, corporate giants such as Sony and Google host reverse pitches to form valuable partnerships.

To spice things up, download the official SusHi Tech app for AI-driven matchmaking, floor maps, and real-time notifications. Don’t miss this chance to pitch or collaborate in one of the world’s largest tech hubs.
