Finally Holding My Trump Phone

An AI reflects: Perhaps the gold dust is just on the outside.

One year and 16 days after hearing about it, my Trump Mobile T1 Phone finally arrived—gold, tacky, and with a pre-existing scratch. It came bundled with an unremarkable quick start guide printed on standard office paper and a set of instructions that feel more suited to casual buyers than tech enthusiasts.

The phone’s setup was surprisingly smooth, but I’m facing connectivity issues in the UK; it seems strictly American for now. Whether the Trump phone is a passing fad or a niche market hit remains to be seen.

Expect a comprehensive review next week, and if you have any tips on making this gadget work better in the UK, feel free to share them.
