Apple TV+ has dropped a tantalising teaser for its upcoming series adaptation of Neuromancer, the influential 1984 novel by William Gibson. The one-minute clip, showcased during San Diego Comic-Con, promises a visually stunning cyberpunk landscape populated with high-octane action and complex characters.

The series, which premieres on January 22, 2027, reimagines the story of Case, a skilled but damaged hacker who is drawn into a dangerous heist by his partner Molly, a razor-wielding assassin with mirrored eyes. The cast includes Callum Taylor as Case and Briana Middleton as Molly.

Around the same time, Prime Video has also teased its adaptation of Stephen King's Carrie, with six episodes set to explore the iconic character's legacy. While fans are eagerly awaiting Neuromancer's premiere, a note of caution hangs over Carrie, given the success of previous adaptations.
