From October 13-15, TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 in San Francisco’s Moscone West will welcome over 10,000 innovators and industry leaders. But the community gathering extends from October 10-16, giving you the chance to host a Side Event and engage directly with the sharpest minds in tech.
Hosting a Side Event means you can control the narrative, build relationships with potential partners and investors, and own your brand with Disrupt’s audience. Approved events will be promoted through the official Side Events calendar and marketing channels, ensuring your vision reaches the right people.
Past successes include industry roundtables, VC office hours, deep-dive workshops, intimate dinners, and casual networking happy hours. The format is yours, but we recommend hosting in the evenings during the main event to avoid competition.
To apply, select a venue in the Bay Area, prepare a title, description, and venue details, and double-check the Side Events Host Guide. There’s no cost, and we’re here to help. Apply by September 4, 2026, to be part of the Disrupt community and make a meaningful impact.
