The once-unified right-wing media landscape is now a battlefield of differing opinions, as Candace Owens and other influential voices advocate for President Trump’s removal from office following his incendiary comments about Iran.
Speaking on the social platform X, Owens described Trump as “a genocidal lunatic,” urging Congress and the military to intervene. Other figures like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Alex Jones echoed calls for a 25th Amendment invocation, highlighting the deep divisions within the MAGA media coalition.
However, not all are backing down in support of Trump. Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson and comedian Theo Von have voiced their opposition, with Carlson alleging that recent posts from the president about Iran were “vile on every level.” This fracturing has sparked further controversy as conservative activists call for investigations into influencers who they believe have accepted foreign funding without disclosure.
The internal strife in the right-wing media sphere comes at a time when the Trump administration has been largely silent on messaging related to its ongoing conflict with Iran, leading some observers to question whether these divisions might signal broader political realignments or a loss of influence for the president’s supporters.
