Adobe has launched Student Spaces, an AI-driven tool designed to help students create presentations, flashcards and quizzes from various study materials. With the ability to upload documents such as PDFs, Docs and handwritten notes, users can generate a range of study tools including podcasts and editable presentations.
The tool is free and accessible on a separate URL, allowing students to easily generate different study materials without logging in. Charlie Miller, Vice President of Education at Adobe, believes the new offering will serve as a one-stop-shop for students, reducing the need to move documents around.
‘Students are already starting in Acrobat to consume these documents and read all of their course materials,’ said Miller. ‘The thing that we’ve heard time and time again, is they love this as a one-stop shop or hub for study.’
The company claims the tool has been developed by testing it with 500 students from universities such as Harvard, Berkeley, and Brown to ensure accuracy and relevance.
